50% of the total amount of the stay (without expenses) during the reservation. The rest will be paid on arrival. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of the aforementioned deposit. In bungalows, on the day of arrival at the Camping, it will be optional on the part of the Company, request the payment (only accepted in cash) of a bond deposit of 100.00 € previous signing a document proving the payment of said deposit, being indispensable the presentation of the same for its return, for possible damages, breaks or have to carry out a thorough cleaning of the bungalow, which will be reviewed by the Company, prior notice of the client before departure.
The Camping bungalows La Buganvilla is committed to reserve a type of plot or accommodation, but never one in particular, during the month of August (minimum one week). The prices are for the number of persons indicated as maximum capacity in each accommodation, and for a single vehicle. The extra vehicle parking will be paid according to the seasonal rate.
Presentation: The reservation that does not arrive on the scheduled day, will be kept for 24 hours. From this moment the reservation will be considered null, except with prior written notice. The arrival will have to be in Reception from 8.00 to 23.00 hours.
Once installed in the accommodation will not be refunded any amount of the total amount of the planned stay. The arrival day the bungalow will be available for occupancy by the client from 16.00 hours, being able to delay the delivery for the occupation for reasons of cleanliness, etc … The client will make the entrance before 23.00 hours of the planned day and the day of departure must be left free at 12.00 o’clock in the morning.
Cancellations
The return of the reservation deposit will be made as detailed below:
More than one month in advance: 95% of the deposit.
From 7 to 30 days: 50% of the deposit.
Less than 7 days 0% deposit.
The client is obliged to know and accept the Rules of the Internal Regime of the Camping.
